Korean Cheese Bun
Ingredients:
Filling:
Cream Cheese- 3 tbsp
Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
Powder Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - Pinch
Method:
Take a bowl and mix the above Ingredients, Whisk Properly and add into Piping Bag. Keep in Fridge
Herb Garlic Butter:
Melted Butter - 3 tbsp
Chilli Flakes- 1 tsp
Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp
Parsley Chopped - 1 tbsp
Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp
Method:
Take a Bowl and Mix above Ingredients and Mix Properly
Burger Bun - 2 no., Give Eight Cut and Fill the Filling in the Cuts
Take a Baking Tray, Appy Garlic Butter and Keep above Buns, and Apply Garlic Butter above Bun
In the Oven Preheat the Oven for 10 Min at 180 degree, Both ROD On, Middle Rack Keep the Tray and Bake it for 7-8 minutes
Serve Hot.
