That looks delicious! It looks something similar to Mexican corn that they serve in a cup with mayo and some other spices. I think adding fresh cracked black pepper and any other spices and peppers would take it another level. Don’t forget the hot sauce!

Lol, the cheese is probably healthier than the corn. Corn has no nutritional value whatsoever . That dish reminds me of the Spanish food carts. They put cob on a stick. Rub it down with mayo and butter. And sprinkle grated parm cheese on them. Some add hot sauce as well. Great videos btw!
