Neoguri was one of the original instant ramens. Been eating it for over two decades now and has one of the best noodle textures and I think they consider it an udon style. Buldak definitely has one of the best flavors in the world for sure. Interesting mix.

If you want a ramen hack, replace water with Shin Ramyun with milk, or alternatively with soy milk if you are lactose intolerant and add a tablespoon of oyster sauce. A slightly sweeter alternative would be to replace the oyster sauce with sweet soy sauce.

Neoguri is half of the parasite movie noodle mix. In lots of korean variety shows, they put sell unique additional recipes to instant noodles in restos, like adding doenjang, snow crab, steak and more

The reason you're getting that restaurant flavor is because of the kombu which boiled with water can make a dashi broth. That combined with the fish flavor from the neoguri noodle packets gives you that unami flavor. If you add some green onions and bonito flakes, you're golden.

Neoguti noodles there are spicy and mild! You can throw in some fish cake and some rice cake slced ones. I normally put only 1/2 of the soup base powder because the instant noodles are too salty. It is good idea to read the nutrition infomation on the any package foods. 👍😋🌶️🍜

I get why he mixes the buldok with the Neoguri, the buldok sauce has literally no taste it’s just hot so it’s perfect to mix into other ramen noodles. It’s why the other flavours like the carbonara buldok taste amazing purely because they actually add in a seasoning packet that has flavour instead of just the hot sauce.

Neoguri is the best, and even better....their new STIR-FRY version. I think this combo would've been better if made with the absorption method using water and some cream, so it's drier and creamy.

@@Ichigo29ify cooking with less water than stated on package, and letting the noodles absorb the liquid as it cooks. you end up with creamy noodles from the starch. if it gets too dry before the noodles are cooked to your liking, just add a bit more water. i actually like to use half water and half cream.

I like to add a bit of dakr soy sauce for the noodles and add the sauce in packaging into bowl then mix it with noodles afterwards, that makes it more rich in flavor and more spicy as well. Adding a frozen vegetable mix when cooking noodles is nice too. For instant noodles which you only pour hot water on, put a little of light soy sauce and a bit o sriracha 🤤

This is why video producers are a thing and everyone should have one. The decision to use a propane stove indoors is just about the stupidest decision one could make. It's clearly not ventilated, are there any fire extinguishers near by? Why didn't you just get a conduction top and a pan? With all the carbon monoxide deaths in korea, I guess this kind of haphazard attitude is why it happens. Just stupid risks for no reason. EDIT: 3:17 ironic that you call this moment the 'insane part' of the video, while hovering over the fumes 🙄 EDIT: Even on Suga's show 'Suchwita', his latest episode with Jungkook, they grill in doors with an electric grill you know why? Bc they have a budget for a producer who prevented them from using propane or charcoal indoors. Be like Suga and take care of yourself.
