This rice paper hack for making Korean corn dogs will have you munching on goodness in no time! Crispy and chewy with the familiar flavors of your favorite street food, don’t miss out on this easy recipe! 🇰🇷🌭
Ingredients ⬇️⁠
3 Hot Dog Sausages
3 Rice Papers
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Asian Panko Flakes
2 Eggs, mixed
3 cups HAIO Frying Mix
4 cups Cooking Oil
Water
Condiments ⬇️⁠
Ketchup
Honey Mustard Sauce
Sugar
Parsley Flakes
Directions ⬇️⁠
1. Boil hot dog sausages for 3 minutes in water and set them aside.
2. Soak a rice paper sheet in cold water and lay it on a cutting board. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the paper and place a sausage on top of the cheese. Roll and seal completely.
3. First, coat the sausage roll with frying mix. Then, dip it into the egg mixture and coat it with panko flakes. Follow this order to make chewy and crispy Korean corn dogs.
4. Heat the oil until you hear a sizzle when a wooden stick is placed in the oil. Then, add the corn dogs and fry until the surface becomes golden and crispy. After frying, insert a wooden chopstick into each corn dog to create a handle.
5. Coat the corn dogs with white sugar. Drizzle ketchup and honey mustard sauce over them, and sprinkle parsley flakes on top. Enjoy!
