Lol I had to stop the video to say Jagger is Mick Jagger (the older guy) and that dance is his signature dance just like Seokjin has a goofy signature move. So the whole song is a tribute to Mick Jagger. He is British and you might know his band Rolling Stones. It has nothing to do with Queen.
