Since I understand the lyrics pretty well I think the story goes like this: Haqiem is a rich orphan and he has been with the girl for a long time. He is that overprotective boyfriend who doesnt like people interacting with his girlfriend. That explains why he punched the guy. His girlfriend slowly lose feelings for him because of his attitude. The scene where he was diagnosed with cancer was real. His girlfriend was oblivious about his disease but found out when his maid brought him his medicine. His girlfriend got so fed up because of his attitude and his lie(about his disease) and left him. He also fired his maid. Which left him alone in his house. Tergantung sepi literally translate to "Hanging loner/alone" which is because he is an orphan who only have his girlfriend and maid in his life. When both of them dissapear means that he is alone. That scene where he was tied up didnt mean that he was in a mental hospital. But instead it means that he was caught up inside his own feelings/act. And he was tied to the memories of the old days. I think this is how the story goes

This is actually my first time watching the music video so basically I'm watching it with you guys.. I think the the storyline of the mv is that the guy was probably diagnosed with a brain tumor or cancer and he is in a state of denial.. He chose not to tell his girlfriend, but the stress and fear of her finding out caused him to act impulsively and aggressively and she left him because of that instead. After she left him, he became mentally and emotionally unstable, only capable of reminiscing the memories of the past like a broken record player... not being able to move on and live in the present.

I guess maybe this is the story .. The guy may be an aggressive person and perhaps he is angry if he is disturbed by others when he is with his girlfriend (I mean who like that type of boyfriend right?) Because of his attitude, his girlfriend made the choice to be with another man and leave him which makes the guy sad and very lonely. When the guy realized he had a brain disease that could cause him to be crazy,the doctor told him to take the medicine so he can recover but he believed it was useless. After a days, He was tied in Mental Hospital due to his brain disease. I'm not sure actually..

EraZora idk why but I think its like my mental illness. BPD (borderline personality disorders) The scene when guy flirt with his gf even tho he just flirt and haiqem get really aggressive. Then they both talk about but he get very frustrated and both in between leave and stay (tergantung).he remembers their memories together (he's going insane )he miss her so much so he's depressed,lonely,empty (the room and place is dark and gloomy with black and white theme . White and black theme for bpd is their minded.). So he got diagnosed (brain scan) . He need to eat medicine like me (anti depressants) . Last things he push her away (not "tergantung" anymore mean break up ). He went insane since she leave him. This is what I felt about that MV . Tergantung or hanging or in between .. of leaving and stay (their relationship) Sepi or lonely. Him Sorry for bad English

Here the story.. That singer had break up with his girlfriend. Hes becoming rude because of his brain disease. So his girlfriend creating distance because scare of him then break up. His girlfriend already moved on n suddenly that singer met her with other guys. But because of the brain disease, He forgot that they already break up. His disease become worst and he become lonely, depression and in the end mental illness.. Tergantung Sepi accurately mean lonely.. Nobody care about him, everybody just let him be. Lonely, depression, heartbreak...He tough that he still have somebody who care but actually nobody (Dibiarkan begitu saja, terikat namun tak bertali).

I’m disappointed tho...only Jade did focus on the voice of the singer but the other two was soooo busy on commenting about the video and only the video.
