Try this Korean Gochujang Chicken recipe which will leave you wanting more
Ingredients
Chicken - 750 g
Marinade
Gochujang - 2 Tbsp
Garlic - 7 to 8 cloves - finely diced
Soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
Salt - To taste
Gochugaru - 1 Tbsp
Chili flakes - 1 Tsp
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade and add to chicken. Reserve some marinade for basting.
2. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 220°C.
4. Bake chicken for 15 min.
5. Flip the chicken and baste with the remaining marinade and bake for another 12 min.
6. Remove from oven and serve with fresh garnish of spring onion.
If you don't have oven, cook on flat pan on stove until cooked.
