God calls you to repentance. Tomorrow is not a promise, and God does not want you to die in sin and go to hell, but to repent and believe in Jesus Christ for eternal life That is why Jesus Christ (God made Man) died on the cross. You broke the Law, but Christ paid your fine. He suffered in your place, as your Substitute, and rose again after three days, now seated at the right hand of the Father; He is King over all. "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Christ is coming soon.

The young man with the red stripped shirt(doing the young woman's hair). He was soooooooo gentle with styling her hair. Because African American hair is NO JOKE( It gets tangled very easily, tender-headedness, and its a LOT to deal with etc.) P.S. And I learned how to style a ponytail!!. I loved their positive demeanour. I am a black person and yesterday for the first time I dealt with an Afro hair texture I never had before. I realised that I did not know as much as I thought and products/methods I normally used on my hair with great results were not doing the same for the other person (even though our hair looked similar). The process took for ever and the result was not exactly it. However, for next time, I have devised a new regime and style, which I am pretty confident will work out better. All this to say that anything we do for the first time maybe challenging but as long as there is the desire to learn, people can learn to do everything!

Maybe it would be a good learning curve for all the salons in the schools that they diversify different cultures so they can learn how to take care of each cultures hair so they’re not put off by trying to do another cultures hair because money is money and lotta cultures will pay good money to help get their hair done and get it done right by a good stylist that has a wide range of education on hair
@HadassaMoon14411 ай бұрын
As they should. Black hair stylists can do straight hair to the tightest curls. Why is it that other races struggle to do the same when they supposedly had the same education? That's because they didn't. The schools don't teach how to do textured hair and that's actually discriminatory.

It is so amazing how the care for and of curly/nappy/Black/African descent hair has progressed over the decades. As a " Boomer," I remember using old-school straightening combs, never being able to get my hair wet for swimming, or not walking in the rain. It was liberating to stop straightening and accepting my hair and it's natural texture. It's delightful seeing the current acceptance of everyone's natural hair textures. The challenge is that everyone's hair is unique. Blame it on the whacky genes! Peace and much joy.

Though they will never experience having to deal with these hair types (they’re Asian, with Asian hair types, living in Asia, only interacting with mainly Asians) this is such a valuable and rewarding experience for them because a lot of Asians are ignorant to other cultures, I’ve met Koreans who didn’t even know people naturally and these hair types so them getting this enrichment is really going to help them know more about different people since they seldom meet people who aren’t Asians
