We boiled beef shank and bone marrow to make Bulalo, one of the thick soup recipes Filipino style. Many Koreans would love this Filipino soup because we have a similar dish to this in Korea. We love this amazing broth!

Filipinos have hot soup dishes on cold weather, and we highly agree with that. In Korea, we love to have healthy hot soup in the summer when it is hot. Just as mentioned in the video, we call it "fighting fire with fire".(이열치열)". Kaya nga nagluto kami ng Bulalo kahit mainit 😊

First time I watched a cooking video that makes me feel so relax. I also love taro and put them in boiled (nilaga) and sour soup (sinigang) and in dessert/sweet dishes such as ginataan with bilo bilo (little sticky rice dumplings). Here in Sydney, Australia. I tasted a dumpling made of taro and pork. It’s delicious. I love how the way you cook, like watching how a loving Mother cooks, so comforting. I subscribe 😊
