I have been living in the woods for 35 years, and I wouldn't change it for the world! Nothing like the natural sounds to soothe your soul. I love how you told the difference between the different regions way to eat tofu puddings, it's just like grits in the states. Some grew up with it sweet some grew up with it savory. Stay safe sweet pea, and thank you for all that you do. Much love and blessings from Texas.

Potato was definitely a key ingredient in the early traditional jajangmyeon recipes found in Korea. Potatoes only slowly disappeared from restaurant style jajangmyeon due meat prices being affordable for the working class. Any respectable homemade jajangmyeon will always have potatoes as well as some type of beef or pork in the sauce. Just thought I'd drop some knowledge!

Jajangmyen and sweet and sour pork are Chinese Korean cuisine. They are sold by Chinese restaurants in Korea so mandarin speaking is not unusual. There are over a million ethnic Koreans that are mainland Chinese citizens from the north east of China. They are one of the richest ethnic groups in China and in their provinces lots of signs are in both Korean and Chinese.

I can't live in that house alone lol! Too big and wide and in the middle of a forest with no neighbors😱! Noooooo! Kudos to Mikey. I refused renting a 2-storey apartment before because I mostly stay on one part of the house haha!

I went to school down in the financial district, and I do not know if it is still there or not... but Majestic Pizza was AMAZING and got all of us through late study nights in college.

That is an awesome barn! So much potential. Hire an electrician to wire it from the main house. Have more lights and outlets than you think you need. Insulate, panel, rubber floor. Use pot lights.
