However having worked in the medical field I know how easily things spread and how just one person with lax habits can mess up a whole slew of people. Mikey, call the utility company and get them to install an automatic outdoor light. It's like $10 extra a month and it makes the outdoors look like a full moon every night. I grew up in the country and still live out in the boonies...the light is a must. BTW, I feel like too many people aren't taking the right amount of precautions so it's good to hear from someone who feels the same way.

@@kareninalabama If coffee and/or greasy foods give you IBS symptoms, you most likely HAVE IBS. The only silver lining is that there are IBS clinical trials throughout the country. Some are to try to CURE IBS. Some are to get rid of the abdominal pain associated with it. Some are for both. And they will PAY you to try to CURE you!

Little known fact. Sriracha 'rooster' brand was 4 or 5 times hotter in the 80s, when it was made from serrano peppers. They also made a jalapeno based sriracha similar to the current stuff, but it was brown not red. I only ever saw it in Vietnamese restaurants, which usually had both types on the table.

I am a Southern Gal, as Southern as we come. I am from Central Louisiana near Alexandria.
