Hello, 저는 이태원을 자주 가지 않기 때문에 in this sentence, you put particle object : " 1:24 eul" with the verb "gada" is it correct? Isn't it? particle location "e"... have a nice day!

The particle ‘을’ has many uses, one of which is to indicate the destination when used with verbs like ‘to go’ or ‘to come.’ For example: 시장을 가다. (To go to the market.) 학교를 가다. (To go to school.) So, what is the difference between ‘시장에 가다’ and ‘시장을 가다’? You could say it’s a difference of directionality and purpose. ‘시장에 가다’ emphasizes the direction towards the market, while ‘시장을 가다’ emphasizes the purpose of going to the market. However, the difference in meaning is very very minimal, so you can freely mix and use them interchangeably when actually speaking Korean. Hope this helps~!
