Korean non-spicy soft tofu stew (sundubujjigae), light and savory taste

This is a soft tofu dish recommended for those who can't eat spicy food and those who need a soft hangover from drinking too much the day before. 1 soft tofu
1 egg
250ml of water
one coin broth
