KOREAN PEPPER CHALLENGE Hoesig BBQ in South Korea

Korean culture compared to our Latin culture, in my case of Colombia, is very different from what we are used to doing, in this case, when the boss is the one who invites us to eat. In Colombia, these meetings are held in December, once a year, here in South Korea No! Depending on the company, these Hoesig (회식) or work lunch can usually be made once a month. This varies with the boss. And all workers must be present, it is culture, it is something that personally I had not experienced in other companies with which I have worked in other countries.
