That particular Ms. Universe pageant was VERY controversial. The emcee (Steve Harvey) announced Ms. Colombia as the winner instead of Ms. Philippines - she was the first runner-up. He realized his mistake and immediately tried to correct it while on air which was so brave of him. That explains the shock in Pia’s expression when he announced her as the real Ms. Universe 2015.
