This movie is based on revenge, the female lead actress was a cancer patient and the male lead was actually a criminal too but then he eventually falls in love with her and tries his best to fulfil her wishes and then later on they get married. Even though she had cancer, they agree to have a baby, but while she was pregnant, she was then murdered by a psychopathic serial killer, this leads the male actor to want to take his revenge on the serial killer, on which the whole movie is based on. Ek Villain = "A" Villain

Actually the girl has cancer , so she is trying to complete her bucket list before die . and one day when she was doing one of the then in her list they both meet each others and the fall in love so the boy helps her completing the list but they both fight the cancer together ...but there are more to go then is a villain in a story and he destroy this, love story which is a Karma which the boy is facing ...
