Hello Jessica I’ve been watching your videos for sometime but this camping two part video really captured me in many ways. I felt this one i really appreciate as you showed a side of you that was so open and real. You truly enjoyed being in the forest living a lifestyle that many Filipinos still to this day live. It makes me appreciate you more as a Korean influencer as you don’t pretend you truly are showing how much you love and care about the Philippines. It shows how genuine and kind you are and really belong there as one of the Filipinos. Anyways I just wanted to show my true appreciation I hope you can go back and do another camping trip similar to this one. Maybe even bring others with you that don’t camp so you can share the experience and to see if they can handle it. Your doing a great job!! Thanks Jessica. Ian

mosquitos like biting in the foot area use a reppelant. when expecting rain when camping, it is advisable to use 2 tarps. one tarp on top of the tent for extra rain protection for the tent and an extended protection to the front tent entrance. and another tarp for “general purpose” use such as cooking, dining, socials, etc. tarp size shouldn’t be smaller that 10x10 feet or 3x3 meters. a polyester tarp is usually used in camping, it is lightweight and packable. always have a headlamp for hands free use of light while doing chores at night as opposed to just a flashlight and having to use one hand constantly. last is use a hiking backpack as opposed to a shoulder bag. it makes carrying weight more comfortable and hands free when hiking. on rainy days, waterproof your backpack by lining the bag inside with a trash bag then the contents. in this way, even if the bag is wet, the contents are dry (its an old mountaineering technique). having said that, hope you enjoy your next camping trip. im looking forward to it. Take nothing but pictures, Leave nothing but footprints, Kill nothing but time.

This is why you're my favorite Vlogger ❤️ You don't just make fun videos but warm videos as well. The kind that makes us feel at ease while we're watching. I also think that your Tita Imee is one great person. Very deep but also has a fun personality.

Ruel #1. Always check the weather when going on vacation or camping trip. Avoid the rainy season. But if you don't have a choice, then prepare for it. #2. Educate yourself about camping meaning do a little research to get tips on how to camp properly so you know how to avoid the pitfalls. #3. Get a good tent if you plan to go camping more than once. One that will not leak and you won't need to bring extra tarp . What's the point of getting tent if you have to cover it with a tarp? (as suggested by some of your viewers) #4. Bring mosquito repellant spray or Elephant Katol. You can also purchase clothing that already has insect repellant in it. #5. Emergency kit just in case you get cut or injured. #6. Let a family member know where you're going and when you'll be back so this way if you don't get back at your expected time, they can look for you. Enjoyed watching your vlog. Looking forward to see your next vlogventure.

I knew this Philippine experience, so different from city life. Everything taste so much better when you cook your own food in the forest and just enjoy the camping and rain forest scenery. Relax to the point where the rain does not bother you anymore. Notice the beauty of the foliage, birds and the insects. Smell and hear everything during the night. Sleep deeper and more relaxed. Wake up to the shifting animal sounds. Thanks for posting!

i kinda like this type of videos~ low production and leans more to an interesting but still very filipino experience (so its not that boring) for jessica where shes at the same time also kind of just chilling since it isnt staged but an actual memory for her imo this is real filipino camping, unpredictable weather, inside an actual rain forest with uneven ground and messy unkempt tiny clearing and to top it off its within a property of ur rich tita haha vs. american/korean camping where they have designated places with electrical outlets etc i saw in south korea they even have wooden docks bc casual overnight camping is so common there!

I think it's really strong and brave to be able to experience this kind of life and that healing. I think Philippines makes you independent and street smart. It was reality here. You really experienced a lot of things and when a disaster strike in other country you know what to do because we Filipinos, experienced it every year and would always find a hope to get up and face another day. This makes my heart crumble how Ate Jessica get along with everyone and the kids! OMGGG I actually see a lot of like kindergarten and high school in Cebu going to their schools accompanied by their Mother/Parents. AAAAAA GOODLUCK to all students out there especially me! HAAHAHHA

Friendly tip when camping on a forest. Put a tarp above your tent so when it rains your tent is dry because of the tarp shielding it from the down pour then dig small canals around your tent to prevent water getting under the tent. 😁😁 anyways i enjoyed watching your camping video. Keep it up 😀😀

Peppermint soap repels mosquitoes. My kids went to Malawi for two weeks using peppermint soap no mosquito bites while the rest of their group all contracted malaria. I loved watching your adventure and every posting. You are a classic beauty and your voice is so soothing and easy to listen to. Would have believed if u said overrated, hospitality my ass, not everyone in the Philippines is hospitable just like every other country that's why cant use that reason to be unique. Beautiful places? Yeah sure every tourist attractions Philippines had have mountains of garbage people without discipline. Crime rate ? Ask Mr. Pacquiao to fight everyday to lessen your crime rate. Philippines has too much potential just that the potential itself can't change the people.
