Mitsuko I’ve tasted many Lorena food from high rated traditional restaurants and it seems to me that the majority is Asian and there is not a lot of non Asian people eating that stuff. It’s just so stinky and I feel like Koreans specifically have very repetitive and limited seasonings. I didn’t like tteobokki or their fish dishes. Their food is either too sweet or bad too much gochujang or both. There aren’t a lot of savory and healthy dishes. Korean food is just one of those things that you only eat on a blue moon cause you wanna try something new but wouldn’t eat it regularly. However, I did like the kimchi jigae it tastes very sour and it’s good for when you’re sick. And korean pastries tend to to not have salt AT ALL. I would suggest tangyusuk, kimchi jigae, kimchi fried rice, and their chicken wings and bbq

Bbygirl 23 where are you from? Korean food has a lot of different flavors. I could eat korean food everyday. I am from Monterey, California and where I live it’s very limited on korean food options so I could understand you.

Drinking plenty water helps a lot with clear skin! Sunscreen too. When filming & traveling in Korea, I tend to do clay masks almost daily. At home, I usually forget to do it lol. Diet and exercise also go a long way 💪
