天麩羅というよりは「揚げ焼き」に近い感じですね。平べったいのは鶏肉？それとも豚肉？焼き上がった表面がカリカリしてそうで非常に美味しそうです。

広いのは魚で丸くて厚いのが豚の肉と野菜の混合です。ミートボールの揚げバージョンみたいなものですね。

​@@WARASUBOFACTORY そうですね。韓国では'명태'(明太)と言うタに属する種類の魚です。この映像の中の料理は'전'と言いまして魚や野菜、或いは肉とかを小麦粉と卵に付けて油に焼く韓国の伝統料理料理です。日本にも似たような料理があるかは知りませんが具材によって違う味がする魅力的な料理です。
