My cousins and I were staying at a Radisson once. After we finished dinner, they said it was complimentary, and we ordered dessert. But we didn't like anything on the menu, so we asked the staff if they could do a mashup of three different ones with some diced cashews, pistachio, and almonds on top. They did it for us and as we started to eat I saw the chef himself come out of the kitchen and look around for who (the hell) ordered it! 😅 BTW, it was really good... so they could have added it to their menu.

Everything was ok but I'd suggest you to eat bread(chapati/naan) with hands, making small scoops and vegetable in it, maybe try watching some YT vdo , that way you can enjoy indian food a little more!
