First things first. If you are based in London - Book a table and go to Gymkhana (Mayfair). Next stop should be Colonel Saab at High Holborn, The Tamil Prince - Hemingford Rd. I can give you several Indian cuisine quality oriented restaurants all over the UK. As there are several cuisines from the Indian sub-continent, so be patient and research before randomly ordering stuff. Don't end up in the generic Bangladeshi and Pakistani restaurants trap (which is pretty much 85-90% of the Indian restaurants) which claim to be Indian restaurants.
