British Highschoolers try GIANT Korean Beef Ribs!!

After a long day in the life of a Korean High Schooler, Nati and Harvey came out on top! They used the time we gave them to study the hardest and learn the most Korean, and as a reward we took them to maybe my favourite restaurant in Korea: Mongtan. Mongtan is a restaurant that I’ve previously waited hours just to try and get a reservation, and they do a unique take on traditional Korean BBQ; smoking and then BBQing giant beef ribs to perfection!

Harvey has always carried that palpable honesty with him since the beginning. He has a great sense of humor and knows how to have fun but at the same time, he pays attention, which is why every interaction with him feels genuine. He reads a room very well and knows what is asked, but at the same time, he doesn't give in to pressure but speaks his mind with tact. He still retains that "wildness" typical in youth, but at the same time that wildness feels tamed. It's incredible to see that sliver of self-restraint in a young man. A lot of people never quite learn it. At all. He has a great character.

8:17 Ollie's "It's more blessed to give than to receive" is so touching. I'm a little teary when I hear that the Korean Englishman crew and high schooler have had a big impact on each other's lives. It's odd when I think about how emotionally attached I get as a viewer. Seeing the students AND the KE team expressing their appreciation for each other has me feeling my feelings. Nati and Harvey (and all of them, to be fair) are so genuine in their interest and fascination with experiencing Korean culture. I think that's why this series has been such a hit. I love it.

Natti is really sharp and Harvey demonstrates a lot of soft leadership skills. I think Harvey thinks a lot about the people around him. I could tell how these kids felt incredibly lucky to have chosen to film in the high schooler series and how Josh/ Ollie and crew brought in a different perspective of life to theirs. Not only the experiences have been eye opening for them but also the privilege to have made the connection to all viewers around the world is amazing. Such a pleasure watching an episode dedicated to Nati and Harvey. They're usually shown more in the background so seeing them up front and center was just lovely. It's so refreshing to see this combo of Nati and Harvey. I feel like out of all the boys, these two are the most vocal of how grateful they are and how much this whole experience has changed their lives. I love how Harvey sincerely expresses himself about coming to South Korea and getting to enjoy all the good stuff, while also being grateful to Josh and Ollie and the staff. He's a true one. On the other hand, I love how Natti truly enjoyed his experience and just being overall transparent about his interest. They're all so precious, I really hope they'll visit again. I think my fave part of this series is that none of the boys ever said no to trying something new…and their bravery always pays off. It’s exciting to see their reactions to all the new food and experiences and I hope they continue to live their lives that way.

I’m glad we get to see more of Harvey and Nati. They are such lovely lads and have got good humour as well, especially in this episode, we get more screen time for both of them! Harvey, I rmb during the chicken lunch celebration on the last day of school, he helped distribute the chicken boxes to students. He is also one of the most polite and grateful boys, thanking the chef etc. Nati, I have enjoyed how articulate and expressive he is in the British high schooler series. He always have an open mind to trying new things and is very kind to his friends.

I actually love Harvey and Natti, they’re quiet but they’re very articulate lads. They’re so sweet and appreciative. I can say how harvey has good heart and it’s so amazing to witness that. From his words of appreciation, to initiating to thank the chef and his gratefulness for the experience that was given to them. Natti and his appreciation and openness with the Culture and embracing it. Nati and Harvey are such lovely people. They enjoy what is given to them and I also want to mention that Harvey is that type of person you feel full looking at them eat. His expression and enthusiasm are a joy to witness. Also, I love the bit where the two showed their appreciation towards KE and Korean culture! Harvey is actually what I want as a student in High school. He's goofy and laidback and spends time with friends and at parties, but at the same time, he studies so well and aces exams. You're definitely my new fave boy in this series. While Nati, he got it all!! Since the 1st video with him, he's just so pure and I can really see him being in Korea like a native there. These boys are just too great, which makes me think their school is also a great school, Salute to Mr. Smith also, for always guiding them. Thank you Korean Englishman, Josh and Ollie, and the whole crew for giving us this series. It really made an impact on an international fan like me to appreciate cultures and the diversity of people.

Harvey said his life changed while filming a British man, and honestly, I was a little jealous I also want to get similar things through travel.
