y'all know that in the Philippines, plastic surgery is unpopular. Almost Filipino have double eyelid. And our skin is not black, it's "brown" in tagalog "KAYUMANGGI". I found it offensive because there are a lot of filipinos who don't have straight hair, including me. We Filipinos might also have no idea how to identify pure Filipinos. Since there are Filipinos who gives Western, Japanese, Spanish, even Korean and Chinese vibes. And considered as pure by the way. My family tree even consist of having variety of skin color, eyes, nose, and even our hair are different. Me having a curly kind of hair is an example. Cool fact, my hair was straight during my childhood days.Then suddenly became curly and wavy on my Senior High School days. But we don't really make our differences into big of a deal, doesn't really matter. haha
