So here's my sugger on places to visit in Shillong. 1. LITHLUM CANYONS ( It's a must visit) 2. Elephant falls. 3. Ward's Lake 4. Garden of caves 5. Living garden 6. Lady Hydria park ( sorry if I misspit😅) 7. Dauki ( it's a camping site so do plan accordingly) 8. UMANG LAKE ( It's world famous for it clear crystal like water and it's on Bangladesh border, but plz take help from locals so not to get scammed.) Since, you already visited most of the places, do try it next tyme. Also , plz book a room in advance in " Heritage" hotel. U can find a great deal there. They only take booking on call. So plz take their contacts online in advance . Also , you do have hot water available 24/7. 😂 I love that hotel a bit bit too much , caz the staff are really sweet and the room is value for money. Clean n comfortable. Rooms might be a bit small for your standards but it's great for a budget friendly room.

Why don't you go and see the waterfalls in Sohra? They are really beautiful. If you come next time stay for 3 to 4 days there are many more to see. Take local guide they will guide you.

Saddest thing about meghalaya is the locals taxi drivers didn't get a chance guiding or taking tourist but rather Assam taxi drivers showing the region without knowing the locals language not any special or much beautiful place
