*If people ask so many questions when we first meet, I'll be the happiest kid in the world. I'm very introverted, so I dont usually start conversations but I can speak alot* 🙈🙈🙈🙈 *I guess if you know about Korea's culture you will understand they are very welcoming, friendly and pleasant people, so it won't be offensive* 😄😄😄

First 2 questions Korean People would Ask Strangers that came up in my mind: 1. In what year were you born? 2. What blood type do you have?
@emanuellyalves97
@emanuellyalves97 5 жыл бұрын
Here in Brazil those types of questions are completely normal! We would even ask where the person works 😂 a while ago I watched a video of a woman explaining that you shouldn't ask these exact questions in US to someone you just met. It's funny to think that even being thousands of miles away Brazil and Korea have things in common!

@@UTUBEUSER-g3 I'm an indian, who does not live in India, I live in Oceania(not telling you specific country I'm living due to privacy reasons) but where I live, these questions are quite creepy and too personal. Even police there who came to my old school educated us not to give out info, (especially these " Korean" questions,) especially cyber or internet, due to pedophilia, scammers, and ext. Also we're taught to hide or block our camera on computer. Just for some safety. Also our motto is "Safety and health" first. Hope you ❤ reading, if you don't then 2 bad 2 sad.

Great video. Yeah, in the U.S. all questions would be considered fine except asking age. We are taught "never ask (particularly a woman) her age or weight". Considered rude. But great vid. You explained it well. The only thing I found confusing was the (coat rack?) behind you, and how you would hang anything on the downward-facings pegs. :)

The reason Koreans ask the age first is that Koreans can't do conversations without knowing the ages of each other. Korean phrases change depending on the dialoguers age, I mean who is older or younger
@onesmallspeck6466
@onesmallspeck6466 5 жыл бұрын
@@joshuakim1317 That's so interesting. I understand now the more I study Korean and the honorifics. I guess we kinda have that in the US, like using "Mr./Mrs." Instead of first-name. Or words like "sir". Though I see how it's infused into every sentence in Korean. .Makes me nervous to speak, seems so easy to accidentally offend someone. Always use honorific form I guess. )

To Finnish people this is probably really, not weird thing but just like not something that we do. Normal is to ask how old are you,(to some womens this might be really rude tho) but feel like Finnish people don't like to ask that personal questions. We ask things when we start kind of warm up, like do you have any siblings, which school are you ect. We like first ask very basic questions. Not that personally ones. But sometimes they are people who might even ask do you have girlfriend or boyfriend. To be honest its pretty personal what questions do you ask first in Finland. After all we are very kind and forgiving people so we don't take it bad that someone asks lot if personal questions.

Opinion/Suggestion: include saying "subscribe" and about the "bell icon" in the conclusion (as in earlier videos); have missed lot channels, then searched for hours to come across that particular 😐. include short but few more related #tags; some prefer hashtag for searching. Tnx.
