Dan Stesco makes AWESOME patches/programs. Also, you won't find a nicer guy, anywhere. He's polite, friendly, helpful....a real class act & a true, synth lover.

If Jarre had one of these back in '76, man he would have come up with some wicked stuff that's for sure!!!

It sounds EXACTLY like the album! And brings me back to a long time ago, in Houston, watching and listening to Jarre do a show on the sides of the downtown skyscrapers. Our seats were safety rails on the freeway! Anyway, sounds freaking amazing.

agreed! I had some thing playing of a Kronos list Then went into another I have to read about other tutorials and info… And KZbin kept playing in the background and suddenly this was playing and I thought it was the og thing bravo.

Thank you for quickly responding to my email and sending these J.M. Jarre patches! I loaded your patches (Combi & Programs) and did try them a few minutes. Your patches are very sophisticate! It looks like you have use Karma extensively to implement some patterns and arpeggios so essential to make an orchestra out of the Kronos without using the Kronos sequencer! I am familiar with the Korg Triton Extreme but newly bought a good used Kronos, I know nothing about Karma (in the Kronos). For sure it will be a steep learning curve for me. I believe I could learn many important features of the Kronos by using your patches, your KZbin videos and by practicing J.M. Jarre's songs. It will take many days to learn the programming technique embedded in your Combis and Programs. It will help me know how to exploit many advanced features in the Korg Kronos. Bravo and thank you very much!

Hello David and thank you for kind words. This pack can be load in any Kronos. I don't use a special samples. All sounds are coming from internal resources. Actually Kronos can emulate the analog sounds very well with MS20 ,Al1 and HD1 technology as so... If you will have a Kronos I will send the pack for you free. Cheers, Dan

Dan, I want you to know that this KZbin video is what convinced me to buy the Kronos. A "music workstation" is kind of a bad word in synth-land, but you make it so obvious that this is a serious synth -- and that your amazing programming talent brings the Kronos to a level that nobody else has done. NOBODY. I hope you do more Jarre-inspired patch/combi-work...and I'd be happy to pay for it! Would love to see Chronologie 4, anything off of Metamorphosis, Industrial Revolutions, etc. NICE JOB!

I am amzed by the power of this workstation and Dan Stesco's performance. The Korg Kronos is by far the best workstation on the market. I think the yamaha Montage is great but doesnt comenear the flexibility that you have with a Kronos.

Just watched oxygen live and it always amazes me that we've gone from needing a literal (large) room FULL of machines and several artists to perform this music live to a single small machine.. Ain't technology wonderful I'd love a Kronos. (But I can't play so while 'fun' it would be an utter waste)

Thanks for replying Dan, i had an idea it would not work, but i was just hoping it would with some tweaking its all new to me, only just bought the triton second-hand off ebay, and just feeling my way around it yes i know its old now but quite young compared to my old roland D-10, a Kronos is way out of my budget at the moment. Anyway fine work you have done there thanks for sharing this excellent video, I cant stop playing it it sounds so good. Keep up the good work to us newbies your a GOD.

Absolutely gob smacking ( means very, very good indeed then some) the sounds and sequences are right on the money, so close that it does not matter, all that JMJ compositions coming from one keyboard synth is amazing and 21c for sure, I need to be able to download the entire Kronos into my Triton Extreme, Korg can do anything, they do not have problems they are the masters and winners.
