I love my Volca Kick. I chose it instead of the Volca Beats. Turns out the Kick makes a great mono bass synth too, especially when you process the signal with effects.

Btw, tempo can range from 10 to 600 bpm. There's a global parameter you can change while turning the device on :)

Hey DJ - you didn't tell the folks about the other tempo mode in which you can go from 20bpm to 600bpm. It's not something I reach for regularly but it's there if you need it...

While powered off hold function and the power source. It will then turn on and say floral global. Adjust from there.

So, does this 'bury'/effectively supersede the Volca Bass? Or is the latter all about the squish/acid, and the Kick can't touch it for that?

There have been a couple demos I've seen where some tones remind me of the sequences in old DAF songs, which makes sense since many of their early tracks were all based around sq-10 and ms-20 sequences.

in this tutorial I did not see one kick drum that I would like to use in production! Please someone correct me if I am wrong, Id love to be proven wrong right now as i am sitting in front of this unit right now trying to come up with a kick I would actually use and its the biggest piece of shit!
