You would need to connect with the plugin developers or work with their documentation to add in a field probably in a child theme file.

hi i have added categories and many locations, but non of the catergory appeared online and only about 6 locations was showing. What can be wrong?

If you published them and added them to the categories - they should appear. Have you reached out to the plugin developers directly?
