I’ve received mine earlier 2020. In February 2020, after 2 weeks using it the magnetic lock got out of the fabric. I’ve contacted Korin that told me they would send me a new one. They never did. I’ve wrote them several times and in March I got an email from them saying because of the pandemic it would take a while to send me a new one. I’ve wrote them for the last time on September 24th and I told me that if they didn’t answer me I would tell all the world through the social media how they disrespect their clients. I will never buy another backpack from them. (I’ve posted this comment 6 months ago and Korin just deleted it; I’ll be reposting it).

@Kevin Park A few months ago I got a promotional email from them for their newest backpack, so I’ve emailed them again asking to be removed from their mailing list and explaining why. They said they were very sorry and that they would ship me a replacement but that I had to go on kickstarter, on the new campaign, and back it for 1 usd. I did that but I asked them if it was possible to send me instead the new one even if I had to pay for the difference. They never answered me about my suggestion but I received the previous model, the click pack X, last August.

@Kevin Park Hi, it’s very nice, has a good quality, a good feel to the touch and it’s resistant as advertised. I gave the one they sent me to a 18 yo nephew and it’s what he uses to go to college. Has a zipper water resistant and you have only to be careful so it doesn’t get stuck. Also be careful with the magnetic lock. I hope my reply is helpful. Have a good year! (I’ve kept the sling pouch and I like it a lot. It’s useful when you don’t need to go out with all your stuff but you also don’t want to take stuff on your pockets or your hands)

Go to their indiegogo page. I along with what seems like all 2022 backers are furious with them. They don’t respond to emails. Won’t refund. And certainly won’t give us the bag we ordered. I paid for mine 6 months ago. The estimated shipping was a couple weeks at the time. They’re complete crooks.

Can a 17.3-inch laptop fit?

So, I have this one and had a large 17.3 inch HP Pavilion laptop that couldn't fit the laptop pocket. To make it fit, I actually cut the bottom of the laptop sleeve so that the laptop would reach the bottom of the bag. This meant that I was unable to suspend the laptop, but the 17.3 inch HP Pavilion did fit.

It’s a waste of money. The magnetic lock came out of the fabric in less than a month of wear. They told me they would replace it and they never did and now they are deleting my post…

Scammer!!! I’ve ordered a backpack a month and a half ago. They had given me a EMS number but it can’t be tracked.

That’s insane. I used the shop app to track its location. It went from China, NY, and NJ, then to my house. The backpack just arrived tonight, about ten days ago, since I placed my order.

Their first update this year literally told us that they haven’t been communicating with us as they’ve been busy designing something new. Never again will I touch their products. Buyer beware.
