It's not that they suck, they just changed. Their lyrics still make sense. Like in "get up" they talk about instead of sitting there complaining to get up and do something. I think it's pretty good considering I grew up on KoRn and they got me through alot of highschool.

***** It was a town that came together during the dust bowl with a lot of people from Oklahoma in the 20s. And then in the 30s it was full of KKK members and extreme racists. Now its a lot of assholes and druggies, along with some normal people. There is still some racism here against black people, but mostly people are ok with it. But its just an overall dirty looking town with oil fields, hence "Oildale"

Love it! Miss Bakersfield so much! When I was in HS, we used to go make out in the Oil Derricks off Manor Rd. I was always afraid my Uncle would catch me as he was a Rig Maintenance Operator. Oh how I miss it. I am now stuck is Butt F**k, VA. :'(
