To give a context about how *bad* Korone story must be ; Botan story was basically about a creeper calling her house, pretending to be a teacher for one "emergency meeting" at the school Rushia story was about a recurrent nightmare of a long haired, drowned woman. When she slept in a friends house, the nightmares stopped. She discovered weeks later the girl had to be exorcized, for seeing a drowned long haired woman everywhere. Keep on mind, those are the ACCEPTED stories.

Also Subaru made a video about her creepy house. Korone said it came back to her, so it must have been something so significant that she suppressed it. And she was saying there that as she was thinking about the story, it was scaring her. That's something truely scary.

@@op_snooze I think the "it came back to me" was about the "instant karma" of telling a horror story to scare others, but getting scared instead. Some say it must be about taboo subjects or real life events. But it also can be about supernatural stuff. Korone lives with her grandma, and she is the one responsible about her kansai accent. Much like in catholicism, suicide in kansai beliefs makes the soul tortured and stuck in our world, same for violent murders. So her story can actually be a mix about heavy themes and some freaky Junji Ito imagery.

I don't think supernatural horror stories would warrant a ban, so I'm subscribing to the theory that it is a bad thing that actually happened instead of like Botan's nearly happened but safe in the end. It is a story that happened to maybe someone Korone knows instead of Korone herself, I'm not saying that something bad happened to Korone.

I think that's probably accurate, yeah. Especially since Rushia's nightmare story was pretty intense in a "horror story" way, and Botan's teacher-call story could be supernatural if you squint, and both of those got on, so it probably wasn't because Korone's story was too grotesque or anything. But if it was an actual stalker story, I can see why Subaru would nope it and why Korone would refuse to tell it on her own stream.
