@@usakenvi ね(ne) here is kinda like か(ka)which is used to question but ne is much more nicer to use (honestly ne doesn't need to be used here). You'll get used to it over time with how ne is used in comparison because it's honestly difficult to explain even though it's easy to understand. I guess the least i can say is that how ne here is kinda used like "right?" or "yeah?" So with those pieces the sentence can come off as "You thought I didn't have a stand as well?" Also my japanese is kuso level, but apes together are strong so I just tried to help the best I can.

In this case the subtitles have jokes, for example he says "Time in a bottle" but the subtitles say bottled time, plus they are talking in broken japanese on purpose

Hololive made a pretty big deal out of the fact that they got permission from Sega allowing them to play most of their games. At the description of all hololive game livestreams it literally says they’re playing it with permission.
