Sir, I personally experienced before three years, at age of 28 ,I got bed ridden due to l3-l4 disc problem, that was very bad situation , only surgery was option , but without using any medicine further with acupuncture treatment for 15 days ,used only millets and with natural oil food i completely recovered in one month ...! and had used only millets for 1 year, it’s real wonder, if you don’t know don’t comment with ignorance, before commenting go through scientific journals , studies and deeply understand and give your valuable feedback , today it’s a welcoming change that many people are coming forward to educate people about food and lifestyle changes, please don’t confuse people with your ignorance, I m not follower of any of these people, I just came to know through my friend about millets and was surprised that only in Andhra we are not using millets much , but in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka , millets is often used and especially aged people have miller based food, and for our surprise life expectancy is quite high along with health..!
