This really should’ve been XY’s “Victory is Before Your Eyes” theme. Once the second to last mon goes down (and I mean right when it faints, not when the final mon hits the field) this song kicks in and the leader’s final mon is a mega (which means you wouldn’t hear this in a gym battle till Ramos if the games actually balanced around you having access to mega evolution).

Ah, if only the battle was harder- like if the mega in question was tankier. You never actually make it to the 0:40 second point hitting one PPPunch and Bone Rushing. I really like how they set the feel up- I really wish they made Korrina just a tad more important rather than just being "Skater Girl is a chosen one!" The alternate art really hit me as "Oh shit, it's about to go down."
