Another lil tip. When you get the thunder gun. Don’t triple pack. Only pack it once. The thunder gun does infinite damage. But the ammo cost changes based on the pack level. So pack it once. Then it’s like 7.5k xp instead of 15k.

I had to figure these things out myself which takes a lot of time. This video is really helpful; recommended Using scraps to buy the cheapest grenade also gives 200XP. This is helpful in later rounds where scraps are omnipresent Also, I recommend the first pistol and explosive weapons like RPG. They have area damage despite the dmg being on the lower side. How well do they do on very late hardcore rounds, that is up for experiments

6:06 In the latest version beyond Round 40 you start getting more crystals than just 1 for surviving for so long. When I was grinding for the gold camo skin for the M4A1 I hit round 60 and got 2 Raw and 2 Redefined crystals as opposed to just 1. I guess the change was to make upgrade grinding much easier? But even then when grinding on Nacht Der Untoten it really does show how boring it is to get the gold camos for the guns since you need to basically GRIND for weapon EXP until your weapon hits Level 20 and beat all of the challenges for them which for the assault rifles include getting 500 normal and headshot kills for Levels 5 and 10 respectively, Getting 40 consecutive kills without taking damage 10 times at Level 15, Get 800 kills with at least 3 attachments for Level 20 and then finally get 1K kills with the gun at rare tier or higher. If that sounds boring then that's because it is. Also pro tip: Do not use the brain rot ammo mod if you plan on grinding weapon EXP. The zombie helper will just make your grind slower and it can ruin your camo challenges. If you get it re-roll the mod until you get something like Dead Wire or Cryofreeze.

You dont have to buy a launcher for pack just buy a c4 it also works

Sadly, it looks to be that way. I really like this game too. I know they are coming out with the town map, but it may be time to do something original.

for high rounds on nacht der untoten just be in the corner in the spawn room next to the ammo box and spam thunder gun but u need a good at least 100 k for it too work and w video

Im already on level 70 I have tacticals and assault rifles diamond Im working on pistols ever since that update where we 20% of xp I’ve done my daily challenges on double xp days and I managed to level up from 43 to like 70 in a week also if you grind to high rounds always use all of your remaining scrap it gives xp every purchase and the mystery box as well upgrading purple guns to legendary to use all of your salvage and five is the easiest hardcore imo

@@Animefinact ⁠tbh bro I always use extended mags there are some muzzles that do extra damage I always do whatever is the best one and whatever stock and grips make you run faster recoil doesn’t even matter all guns are basically lasers I always like reflexes I don’t have a specific build but usually all my guns are the muzzles with extra damage and whatever increases my running speed

You can also not buy the barricade on right stairs so you get overrun less often

I thought of that, but I think that would cause the rounds to take longer since access is limited to the area. With thundergun, being overrun shouldn't be an issue. Thanks for the comment.

If you want to crystal grind go to round 40 then die its not worth going to 50 it took me 2 hours to get to round 50 the another hour for just 10 more rounds.

Thanks for leaving a comment. I see what you're saying, but I have to disagree. Round 50 shouldn't take you this long. Also, if you leave at round 40, you're only getting one pristine crystal each time. It would take longer to restart the game and get back to round 40.

I don't understand though, what makes Five harder to survive during the later rounds, I always figured it'd be much easier because of double tap.

Zombies become harder to kill the longer you survive. There are no weapons that can kill them easily and allow you to gain experience on Five. Whereas thundergun is available on Nacht, which takes care of that problem.

@@EdgeMasterGaming Ah you're right, I still feel like double tap is a huge advantage but that makes sense. The high round strategy for Five after no gun works is crazy though.

Okay, so you pause the game near the beginning of the round, and the zombies should be stuck somewhere on the map after some time. If it doesn't work, next round try pausing the game a couple times for a few seconds.

My strategy on nacht is run with the m4a1 and r870 and thunder gun have them fully packed with m4a1 and r870 they both have brain rot it helps a ton and always throw a monkey at the start bye the crafting bench while you craft void portals and molotovs and then run back up stairs and use m4a1 frist then r870 my strategy mainly relies on me getting lucky getting 1 to 3 zombie and whenever there's a power up like the death machine nuke or instant kill I use the thundergun to clear the zombies
