I did this and won a championship in my second year. Basically flipped the entire team- won it with a starting five of Sexton, Oladipo, Klay, Zion, and Bam Adebayo. JJ Reddick was a beast of a 6th man too

This challenge is actually quite easy. Blow up that team, get draft picks, sign free agents. You don't even have to go through the process of tearing the initial team down since they're already trash.
