You were on the ferry, we will do a day trip to Turkey, the boats along the harbour front. Watched a vloggs by a tour apporater over there and I left a comments. They said go for the 10.30 crossing and the boarder queue has got alone quieter.

We used Maria Star. Took 1 hour and no problem. The wait in the heat is definitely not nice.

We went for a day trip last year. It was with local Turkish company who got us on to the ferry fast track and crossing was fine. However the passport control is a joke. Took us an hour. Not too bad on the way back. Would never do it again. The towns around Bodrum are just as nice and less hassle. But the saying you don’t know unless you go is true. You would think the money the day trippers are bringing in they would speed up the process. Also can’t understand why agreement can’t be reached that if the passport is checked at one side of the crossing, it does not need checked again.
