The steering bar is from Heli Bars and I am not sure if they sell this version any more. I think it was called HoriZon HZ 700. It might be that the guy that I bought this bike from put it together from various Heli Bars parts. He had a . They sell bars with similar functionality today also, multi axis adjustable (3 axes that can be adjusted). The previous owner had an injury to one wrist and therefore had to be able to adjust the right and left side of the handlebars independently of each other.
