A very selfish kind of love. He slept around because he had been taught it was his right. That Kosem just needed to accept it. He knew it hurt her but he put his own needs before anyone else. He could have made a choice and stayed with one woman. There was nothing to forbade him to do that. But he rather hurt the women he claimed to love than forsake other women.
