If you have ever seen that scene or the movie, you can clearly see what each of them is talking about. Rohit Shetty meant the action scene in which a woman is holding a rope and climbing up the fan. Ramesh Sippy is talking about the scene later to this wherein it can be clearly seen that Hema ji is sitting on top of the fan and delivering her dialogs to her relatives.
