I have purchased two versions. There might be over a dozen versions. They present a BIG problem for elderly with an osteo condition, especially if carrying much fat in the mid-body. The back of the chair is designed in a straight line but the person is rounder and can not sit comfortably. There are versions of the lock-blocks that are sticking into the person's back. The design would be MUCH better if the back was rounded and padded, and get the lock-block is entirely out of the way. As it exists in the chairs I bought, the problem HAS to be remedied by doing specialized machine work (cutting, welding).
