This Track ONLY Lets You FINISH if You're FAST!

Hey everyone! Welcome to another video and today I'm back in Zeepkist to build a track based off drawings that YOU posted in my Discord! You guys seemed to enjoy the last YDIB videos and there have been some really good suggestions on the Discord so I figured it's time to do another one! This week I picked a drawing that instructed me to make a track that makes players take the same jump over and over but at different speeds in order to reach higher and higher levels! Check out the video to see what everyone thought of it and I hope you enjoyed watching this as much as we enjoyed playing it!

Tried it, there seems to be an issue with the version that was uploaded to workshop, nobody in the lobby (including 2 'big name fast boys') could get onto the purple section, booster at the 'crossing' seems to have been capped at a max speed of somewhere near 130, but you need more to reach purple and cyan track :(

Seems like players average skill in Kitszeep became high enough that we don't see the yotube gang's names in the top 10 very often like in TM. Though compared to TM it is at least possible for now.

Personally I feel like the checkpoints were not beneficial. Obviously this is just my take and doesn't mean much but I feel like the goal of the track should be to get the speed required to get to the finish, not specifically to hit every level. So saying skipping a level is cheese just doesn't sound correct to me, to me it just sounds like someone was skilled enough to get the speed required. I see it as an expert finish to strive for not a cheese finish to stamp out. Again, just my own 2 cents.

You have to hit every level to get the speed required for the next one, that's the way it was designed and tested, and it's not what the checkpoints were intended for. Checkpoints were for keeping track of split times and avoiding people jumping onto a higher track in a section of the track that wasn't the primary jump, as that would defeat the point of the concept that was drawn for me. The track was intended to be done a certain way, so I made sure of it :)
