I got mine for a week now and connected it to my google account everything such as music Spotify photos etc synced in a blink of an eye , Data transfer cable will be available soon to connect into the sim slot but IMHO its a waste of money there is a file transfer mode available in the wiiwatch , if not satisfied there is still sweech which u can transfer files when connected to the same wifi net, from your pc which is very remarkable. the fitness apps are kinda useless but google fit and or Strava runs flawlessly on the watch haven't tested runtastic. have done a motorbike ride on google maps and guided me turn to turn without any hickup . I've had 2 smartwatches before apple 3 and LG sports watch.The kospet leaves them behind by a mile but it's unfair to compare a 2019 watch with 2 years old once. still put the watch to test, keep u update guys

Shame about the cons of this as I had high hopes about this based on the specs. Hopefully, fingers crossed Kospet are paying attention and will update the firmware of this to fix some of the issues. The file transfer one is an odd one like you say!

I received my Kospet Hope today that I had ordered from Gearbest and had delivered to Thailand. To my surprise there were 2 cables included in the box. The second cable plugs into where the SIM card goes and allows you to charge as well as TRANSFER FILES via USB :-) Yes, plugged in, Settings/Connect/USB is highlighted and selectable :-)

Chigz your clean approach is really appreciated. I was researching this watch for ages and discovered your channel and watched so many of your vids of other watches but this one didn’t yet exist. So I bought it anyway and yes, your observations are accurate. I would have bought it anyway but it’s all about managing expectations... once you know the playing field you can make your decisions with eyes open. I’m thrilled with the watch but yes the battery is not as awesome as other sources proclaim. So users have to spend the time figuring out the biggest power drainers and limiting/disabling them in the watch. Just like on a phone. Thanks again.

I’m not used to android, with a new Apple-anything I’m used to everything connecting and data migration just happening but this is definitely a stand-alone phone/watch/Fitbit. It connects enough, but I just want it to be my fitness tracker. I’ve put a sim in and downloaded my Spotify and a couple of playlists so I can have my Bluetooth speaker going when out of coverage. It’s fine. However the glass is not as tough as it could be. I’ve got a long scratch from a bit of gravel and I had removed the plastic screen protector because the specs imply the screen is tough enough for my usage. But no! I do recommend the watch to people. I have the light version and if I find myself enjoying it abd filling it with music I will upgrade to a higher memory version.

there is another workaround to transfer files to the watch if USB is blocked, just install sweech on your Hope, and make sure your PC/Laptop is connected to the same network, then on your computer you can access your watch storage via the URL

it has 1.3 proccessor, so if it was a phone with these stats would be able to play pubg. so i suppose it can. but the screen is really tiny for games.

Antutu benchmark is not avaible on any full android smartwatch, I have to sideload it every time, seems to be a compatibility issue. Yes tallback is present. OTG does not work. I think wearos is better because it's more optimised for smartwatches, but wearos may not have tallback.

I have an LG Watch Sport running Wear OS and yes it has TalkBack. It is bulky and dated but has a SIM slot, NFC and two shortcut buttons for launching apps plus NFC for Android Pay.

Very Detailed Review Chigz!!! Can it view and reply to whatsapp msgs when connected to your phone via bluetooth (without installing separate whatsapp app on watch). Coz installing whatsapp app on watch means using a different whatsapp account than the one on phone, coz one whatsapp account works on 1 device at a time.

Yes you can use this as a full smartphone replacement, but you need to bare in mind the battery life is not great.

If you want the bigger screen then obviously the Thor, otherwise the Kospet has better specs and is noticeable smoother in operation, along with better battery optimisation. However, the best full android smartwatch at the moment has to be the Zeblaze Thor 4 Dual, it seems to do everything right and very little wrong.

Such a nice watch. Only if it had longer battery life. Just 2 days on standby. Im not a fan of camera on watch, thats pretty useless. Unless you're a spy. I would rather ask longer battery life. Kospet is a nice brand. Do they or anyone else provide a watch with minimum 5days of battery life within same price tag???

5 day battery life is not possible with a full android smartwatch. If you go for a basic fitness tracking watch then yes you can achieve 5 days or more.

I think that file transfer is not "blocked". Its designed in the way that 2 pins connection is only for charging this device. File transfer requires 4 pins.... is it correct? And im agree that 32GB (highers capacity) without wire datatransfer is not a smart move.
