for those saying kitajima's underwater is illegal because he does the dolphin kick before his hands separate are wrong in my opinion. he starts the kick with hands doing the up beat of the kick and then separates his hands, finishes the dolphin kick and finishes by pulling his arms down. it does look illegal but kitajima has just perfected it.
