That pancake you ate called apam balik. There are 2 versions the crispy and non- crispy. The one you ate was the crispy ones.

the snack u ate is crispy "apam balik" If you want to go to tropical islands I suggest u go to Pulau Kapas 🌴at Marang, Terengganu..Only 20 minutes boat ride, but it is monsoon raining season now ☔
