Like Sandakan Genting Properties, some land in Lahad Datu own by ioi properties and Tawau most likely Hapseng land .... Monopoly i guess there's no "persaingan" and they probably can raise the price as they want, and at the same time can hurt much especially the youth generation to buy properties ....

Yep, Salary to House prices ratio are totally off. Yet they keep on build here build there, they will soon know that no one is buying bcos no one can afford it. Wonder why they still have no idea that people are flocking to "affordable" houses instead of overpriced houses in Sabah. This need to change
