I'm proud of Kotaro. He stood his ground. Usually, Hana bullies him, but not today. He wanted that pearl oyster. She's always eating his food, so I think his reaction was based off of past memories of her eating his food.

No, that doesn't make sense. Hana was playing with her toy and doing nothing in reference to Kotaro. He was just being aggressive, possibly remembering his previous toy that she chewed. Kota was dominating the gadget play, as he usually does.

Well, there's a definite pattern in their play with gadgets. They are both interested in them, but Kotaro tends to hog them at the beginning. He gets bored with them after a while, and then Hana gets a chance to play with them. Kota was a little unusually aggressive today; I felt sorry for Hana. She wanted to play too.

They are so smart--they figured out a lot of the way it worked in no time at all! Poor Hana is a sensitive soul; she really feels it when Kota barks at her. I wonder if he has the winter grumpies...feel better Kotaro so that you and Hana can have lots of fun and cuddles!
