Kotaro and Hana r really lucky to have such a loving family. They have everything they want unlike Rocky, Riam and Lilo who r confined in a tiny place without towels, toys and etc. outside the house. No walks, no swimming in rivers, etc.

You were reading my mind! I'm not subbed but their videos keep coming up as suggestions & I don't know till I start watching that it is the sad family. They have so many otters that give birth I'm thinking they are breeders. The family of Lilo lives in filth without access to water, food, a toilet, clean towels or toys. Some have said they are learning but there are so many channels like Kotaro's, Aty's, Otter's Home & Otter that show happy healthy otters & families there is no excuse. I wish they would either treat them right & fix all they are doing or give them to a place equipped to handle them. They are located in Japan just Kotaro, Hana, Aty & Ui are so there is no excuse to not have a vet check them on a regular basis not rushing around in the middle of the night trying to fix a vet/hospital to save a pregnancy. That wouldn't have been the case if they took their otters to the vet in the 1st place. Back to this video, you can see the love, patience & care given to these 2. Channels like this are the reason I get sidetracked from what I'm doing because its heartwarming & fun! I wish all otters had the types of lives Kotaro & Hano have here. It's a good thing they will never have to know how lucky they are to be living in a good place.

@@auburnstar27 I totally agree that they're not fixing the problem fast enough, and they must know what needs to be done when there are so many better examples. I don't even know if they are ever reading my comments (or if anyone is :D) but I try to call it like I see it: yes, it's nice they get outside, good start but you need to do more, next time a pool, and so on. I always try to push for more care but try to add some recognition of what they are doing, not because it's great but because I am worried they'll either just start blocking angry comments or else start to think we're at all fooled by silly photoshoots of baby in a hat. They are breeders, I reckon, and I am pretty angry that they aren't being decently regulated. I don't know what we can do exactly but I think keeping on commenting about the poor care at least means that those who see their videos are made aware. If only all people who had otters gave them as good a life as these and the others you mentioned!

It was so much fun watching the Otters. Kotaro digging in the dirt like his daddy reminds me of my neighbor's cat. A few weeks ago, I was outside with a pick tool digging a big weed out by my solar lights. The neighbor's cat came by to watch me. He often comes by to see what I'm doing. After I dug the weed out, the cat imitated me by digging in the same place with his claws. It was so funny! I had never seen a cat do that before. He is a very unusual cat 🐈 , an orange tabby.
