Charron was fucking terrible at this point. Actually cringe-worthy. He's stepped his game up amazingly in the last few years to the point where he's undeniably top-tier but all he did at this point was basic schemes that were either sex, gay or racist jokes that slightly rhymed. This is also a written battle, not a freestyle. If you can freestyle in the moment and have it be on par with a written then I believe you should get kudos but when it's just for the sake of freestyling and is sloppy that's a double whammy. Saying Charron won this is admitting you just started watching battle rap.

Chedda won the first period.. better lyrics flow and delivery.... charron had a good second round flip but cheddar took charrons whole verse and flipped it in 2 bars... and after watching charrons 3rd round flip i realized his flips are fking random and have nothing to do with the situation what so ever but that gary coleman bar was fucking rediculous.... his double time was pretty ill.. cheddas double time is more like expert triple times. and his flips are ill i say cheese got it in 3

I'm not biased and watched this battle four times now. After the first viewing I thought Chedda Cheese had won, mainly due to his flow and versatility. But now after repeated viewings I realize Charron took Rounds 1 and 3. Round 2 was probably a tie. I think all three rounds were really close, but I can't give even one of them to Chedda. Chedda's flows were better. Charron's punches were better and there was more of em. I wouldn't call this robbery. But I think they made the wrong call....

I love how people are saying that Charron was a better freestyler. 95% of all rap battles these days are written and rehearsed, KOTD and Grime Time market themselves as such and are wildly successful under this model. That said, Chedda is out of control siq. I can't wait to see him get some bigger battles under his belt. d00d has a future in this.

@Linny420HipHop Personally I think Charron got topped at his own game, Chedda's rebuttals were much better and they weren't just "you said I'm ___ but really __" format like Charron. Charrons were pretty generic making references to TV shows, while Chedda actually flipped lines in a more interesting way.
