My uncle got his arm ripped off in a farming accident. He use to chase the younger kids around with his arm nub lmao. He challenged me to a foosball game one time and I was like "I don't think that would exactly be fair to you, Uncle Kenny...." And he gave me the stink eye and said "What are you trying to get at?" and I couldn't help but burst out laughing. Dude knew how to use his misfortune to make people laugh and Harland's standup here reminded me a lot of how my Uncle Kenny use to joke around. Sometimes the darker humor just hits the spot.

I started watching comedians before kindergarten in the early 80s. I set my alarm for 3 am to watch A&E Evening at the Improv 5 nights a week by third grade. And, now it's really hard to make me laugh, but this guy Harland seems to do it every time. I don't think these jokes would be that funny, if someone else did them. Harland just makes everything funny, it was good laugh. I hope he goes down in history as one of the greatest comedians to ever live.

Lol. I was just telling someone how I used to watch evening at the improv for at least 2 sessions a day. 11p-12a and then 2a-3a. They played it again during the day but it was a repeat of the night before. Back then there was comedy on several times a day, between that, Comedy Central Presents, and MTV Half-hour Comedy Hour (if it's half ours, who owns the other half!)
